At HL Hydraulics, we make sure the work never stops. From our base in Vuorela, Finland, we serve the off-highway heavy equipment industry across the country and throughout the Nordics — with a special focus on the process industry and the mining regions of northern Sweden and Finland, where uptime is everything.

Spare parts & replacement cylinders
Our facilities are supported by a comprehensive stock of cylinder parts and seals, enabling quick and dependable turnaround for most repair needs. Specialised sealing tools ensure precise, leak-free results every time. Through ongoing maintenance partnerships, our customers can also rely on having their own replacement cylinders ready when needed — reducing downtime and keeping operations running without interruption.

In addition to the broad in-house capabilities at our Vuorela, Finland facility, HL Hydraulics works with a trusted network of hydraulic service partners. Crane with lifting power up to 10 tons
Large-scale machining with maximum length 12 m and diameter up to 650 mm
Cylinder servicing with force up to 88 kNm
Precision honing from 0.1–5 m, up to 10 m with rotary method
Servicing cylinders with a broad diameter range from Ø 40 mm to Ø 450 mm.
